Is there any way for a foreigner to get a booster shot?

Hi. I have EU covid certificate and my last dose was administered in June (Pfizer-Pfizer). Likely I won't go home quickly because of covid stay extensions so it would be nice if there was a chance to get a booster shot. I see that that it is possible to register for vaccination at Expatvac but for the first dose only. Is there a way to get a booster (preferably on Phuket)?

No.

As there isn't even enough for those whom had Sinovac/Sinovac or AstraZeneca/AstraZeneca in some places.
I for one can only hope they stop with these "covid stay extensions" as they make little to no sense but luckily for you I'm not in command of Thailand.

You can get a shot of Moderna from Bumrungrad. There is also currently an offer until 31/2 that gives a 30% off their check-up programs in association with a Moderna vaccine (I received their email few days ago), this comes from their flyer:

Not that I'm buying but how much are they charging for a check up and shot  ?

I see the small print states participating programs only so this may or may not exclude a holiday top up booster in the case of zmicier.

I don't know, you should check on their website.

I am not interested, already got my 3 shots, but I did one of their complete checkup 3 years ago, and it was around 35k baht (ca. 1000 euros).

However, consider that this hospital is in Bangkok, for those in Phuket it might not be the best option.

If you are over sixty or have health issues a booster can be obtained from the local vaccing centres

Not around me you can't. For those who have had two shots at BHP with the free programme, i have been told by the hospital that we will be called forward in the early spring for a booster. not sure how this helps short term tourists, but you should ask.

Unfortunately I see that the date of vaccination is not known yet. It must be in March-April but it is now known for sure yet. I'm looking at this offer and I'll book it when there are more details.

The local private hospital has me scheduled Feb 9th for a Moderna booster.  I was originally scheduled for Moderna in October but the free Phiżer came first so I gave up those shots to my wife and niece as boosters. They charger 1650 baht for the booster which is fair with me. My friend said the Phizer was coming for free in Mar or Apr but already committed to Moderna. In fact I don't feel right not paying and left a donation for the first set of vaccines.

The local government did a excellent job on the initial role out.

BTW  incubation period for covid is generally thought to be 5-6 days. Could be longer. Might be environmentally, personal, or dose dependent.

Could you tell me what hospital it is? And when did you register? Is it Bumrungrad?

Maybe in some places but there is certainly enough in most places.  If you have a pink card or Thai social security card you can walk in and get a jab for free at several different places in Bkk with no appointment required, including 3rd jab.

Today I got a Moderna shot in Bangkok Hospotal Phuket for 1650 thb. Now I have two certificates. One is European with 2 shots of Pfizer (last one is in June) and Thai with a partial vaccination (1 dose). They can't put doses which I got in Europe in Thai certificate so I need to carry two certificates if I need to prove full vaccination + booster.

Also it is interesting that they give a national certificate with QR (I checked and it works) and also I got additional yellow pass for 50 thb nearby. They say that yellow pass is considered as international but there is no qr (they told me that it shouldn't be there - only in national or mobile app). So it seems that certificate system is quite complex here.
