A major property developer says Bangkok condos are making a comeback after 2 years of limited launches due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Supalai says December is the magic month for a comeback and has announced it is launching up to 4 new condo projects in Bangkok, worth an estimated 5.74 billion baht.
