Taiwan remains closed to international transit passengers

Recommended Posts

This has been in effect for quite some time - up to a year now.

Appears to be extended from their original and tentative date of reopening to int'l traffic/transit in mid-January [???] of 2022.  Appears that they've pushed up the date a month.

Easier to guess that Taoyuan will not be accessible for int'l transit [EVA, China Airlines, et al] for a month or two beyond the quoted late Feb date.

Everyone seems to be approaching their respective protocol and safety measures differently.

All of the major Asian transit points have been operating for several months now.
