He'll need better advice than Blinken can give him. Has he unwrapped his nether regions from when China handed them back in Alaska?

Blinkey  Blinken's achievements in Afghanistan should give everyone confidence in his leadership.

What a beautiful hypocritical world we live in. Only some days ago Thailand was banned from the us summit for democracy but then Blinken will meet the PM and “have lunch with representatives of the business community “. Yeap, business as usual.

This is the beautiful wonderful side of what used to be.

What a waste of US Tax Payers Money. Nobody trusts any foreign politics of the US anymore. So go home and think what has gone wrong. Thailand isn't the puppet to your regime anymore. Meery Xmas and don't forget your gun.

Every world country has a “FOREIGN Secretary / Minister”…..except USA …..who as usual go out of their way not to duplicate any term used by their former colonial overlord, UK. Except the entire Language of course….

There are limits to this nonsense after all. Although perhaps not, as there was, incredibly, a ( failed) govt.  vote for adopting German not English as the American state language……. I kid you not.

So USA have a “ Secretary of State” & “ State Dept.” , terms utterly meaningless in themselves ( every nation is a State and Republcs have multiple States, inc. USA) so baffling terms to people outside Diplomatic circles.

So it should be “Foreign Secretary” right ? …. oh but wait that’s what the UK use…( well actually “Foreign & Commonwealth Secretary” but close enough). They even have to change the  British term “ GreenFingers” to “ Green Thumb” (meaning talented Gardener). Just to be different to the still hated but respected British…….

The OP Article also manages to use TWO wrong terms which proves my “ baffling” point here. ” State Secretary” and “State Secretary of State” .
