Thailand’s Public Health Ministry says the country’s vaccine rollout will begin today, with 2 priority groups: the elderly and those with 7 underlying health conditions. Spot the subtle bit of the blame game that the clever Deputy Minister of Public Health, Sathit Pitutecha, has used there … the other thing to blame - as well as the ministry - for the no-show of the expected vaccines? And that's after well over a week, now, of the locally produced AZ vaccine from Siam Bioscience that they're talking about exporting to the Philippines, as per this Reuters report.

Interesting that Sathit didn't attach any blame to Siam Bioscience, the business owned by HM.
