What in all that's holy has hair style got to do with learning? Get the teachers and the syllabus sorted first, before worrying about students hair. Kids seem to spend more time dressing in different uniforms, messing around in silly school activities than they do in a classroom, learning anything useful to their future. I don't get that Thailand is surrounded by other Countries that do education so well, and they do it so badly in comparison. And it starts and stops with the quality of the teachers.
