Possible deportation and jail time is looming for a Cambodian refugee monk who was recently detained by Thai authorities, despite the recent condemnation from the United Nations. Last month, three Cambodians under UN refugee protection were deported from Thailand and arrested in their home country. So we have Hun Sen who is not far from Pariah Status, representing another Pariah State at an an ASEAN conference, while TH is happy to deport Hun Sen's "enemies" to his tender mercies. 

All three countries are supposedly democracies. Anyone see a pattern here? Birds of a feather etc?
