THailand Pass requirements come December 14th from Singapore.

With the VTL setting off from the 14th December, do i need to apply for the Thailand Pass? It's puzzling as it is. Nothing clear and concrete and it's only 2 weeks from opening.

VTL is a Singapore Air thing, Thailand Pass is required for entry into Thailand. Two different beasts. There are three sets of requirements: what you need for airline and transit - in your case (and mine early next year) VTL, then there's the entry requirements into Thailand - AKA: Thailand Pass, and finally, the re-entry requirements for your home country (if you're going back).
