Gummy, you know that double dose of Pfizer ain't going to bring Thais to get vaccinated.
They don't know what's in it. Neither do you or I. So it's just I want the Gucci of the vaccination well a Toyota can also work.

For a subset: probably... but does it matter? 

I prefer a permanent nanotech based solution equipped with an AI capable of adapting to future variants (and all side-effects limited to obtaining superhero powers) but I decided to not hold my breath.

(On a personal note: I've skipped several opportunities to get SV+AZ+... and waited until AZ+PF+... became available, so I've compromised greatly between what I want and what I ended up with)
