Thailand Pass have to submit where you staying for your whole trip?

We will do Test&Go and they stay at same hotel in BKK for 4 nights total

 

But do I to submit where I am staying after that for the whole trip?

What hotels, cities?

 

I'd like to be a bit open and not locked down on where I am going the whole trip

 

But if I need to report for the whole trip, not a huge deal

You may be asked where you intend to stay after your initial 'Test and Go' destination, but if your staying in hotels around the Country it's the hotels responsibility to report your place(s) of residence to Immigration, not yours.
