A new poll by the National Institute of Development Administration were surveyed about the government’s handling of Covid-19 and the reopening. The NIDA poll found that people felt the economy was the same or slightly better, valued heath over the economy,  and were overwhelmingly afraid of Covid-19 worsening after the reopening. As any Thai would... with new daily cases in the top 20 globally. It's encouraging the numbers are trending down, but it's not time to fling the doors wide open just yet (disco, and go-go bars should not open; and if you want them open then proof of vaccine needs to be enforced with prejudice). Frankly, if you live in Thailand now you can easily enjoy yourself with legitimate Thai girls (it's just the booze-hounds, sex tourist and sex-pats that grouse the loudest - thankfully, they are not a priority).
