There have been many observations undertaken by some which have been reported back to me.  Whilst one or two could be put down to coincidence the number of reports confirming the existence of tiny todgers is something that coincidence can not address.  Also by observation by many it is always the Thai men and Japanese that buy the small size condoms in 7/11. Now the fact you can keep approx. 25 litres of water in a 56mm condom I suspect that the smaller 49mm/52mm sizes bought are not for water storage.

Reminds me of parents day at uni, when my frat mates cellotaped milk-filled condoms inside the kitchen cabinets, expecting my mum (as she did) to at some stage have a look in there.
