Does anyone have the ultimate Checklist for everything you need for the trip to Phuket under the Exemption from Quarantine (Test and Go) Scheme?

At the moment I have :-

 

1.       Passport Colour Copies x 5

2.       Visa From Embassy x 5

3.       Qatar Airways PCR Consent Form x 3

4.       Proof of Covid Vaccinations in UK x 5

5.       Proof of 72 Hour Covid Free Vaccination x 5

6.       Health Insurance Certificate and schedule x 2

7.       Thailand Pass QR Code x 5

8.       Air plane Tickets x 2

9.       Hotel Voucher x 2

10.   T8 Form Completed x 2

11.   Booking for Phuket Test in Airport x 3

Am I missing anything? I am taking multiple copies of documents in case anyone needs to keep them?

Each one of us are taking the docs detailed in the original post

Nobody takes the original documents, they just check them.

One copy of each document for each person kept in a separate place is sufficient.
