I realize we are attempting to simply get into Thailand at this point with all the restrictions so traveling throughout Southeast Asia is not the first consideration at this point, but I would like to be able to travel to Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, and Vietnam.  Has there been discussion or agreement between the ASEAN countries on this?  I'm pretty clear on Thailand Pass (even if it's not working particularly well yet), but what about going from Thailand to Cambodia or Laos?  Can we do that?  If so, it would be great if another user could point me to guidance on this topic.  Thank you!
