Thailand Pass, need some help

thanks for accepting me. I have to return in Thailand but I sent all Documents requested but I didn’t receive the Pass.      Why it’s so difficult?  To much difficult request and sometimes very difficult to answer.   I hope Thailand will do everything much easier.
