Got in touch with thai embassy stating my thailand pass had not come through and traveling tomorrow and was blunt.y told if you dont have it you cant travel,asked for update was told cant and phone went down,thanks thai embassy.

I feel sorry for you, and others in the same boat.  It's a sad indictment on Thailand's tourist relations.

I checked email this morning and had my approval with QR. I registered nov 1 and also just yesterday 5th and this morning found Email with 2 QR codes

Why didn't you go for COE? You can certainly use till 9 Novemver. You had 30 days for filling in the papers.
