8,148 new Covid-19 cases and 80 coronavirus-related deaths were reported by the CCSA today. In the 24-hour period since the last count, the CCSA reported 8,238 recoveries. There are now 97,480 people in Thailand receiving treatment for Covid-19. In the latest and most severe wave of the virus in Thailand, first recorded on April 1, the CCSA has reported a total of 1,922,709 confirmed Covid-19 infections. Out of the new cases recorded today, 605 were found in correctional facilities. More than 75,000 inmates at Thailand’s overcrowded prisons and detention centres have tested positive for Covid-19 over the past several months. […]

The Junta does not want the ordinary Thai people to know that 90+% of Bangkok (them) has had 2 jabs and many of them have had a booster.  They also dont want ordinary Thai people to know that they all got AZ and Pfizer, while they got the crap Chinese stuff - which is so bad that even the Junta no longer wants anymore from their 'overlords'.

As well as the break-down of the figures in age-brackets for 1st/2nd vax, # of infections, # of hospitalizations and # of deaths.

The daily 'overall' figures do not allow to make any meaningful assessments of the actual situation in Thailand and only lead to speculation and guesswork.
