Government if all out want to open Thailand , why this raid ?  who approves this raid and who comes to news ?

what is the impact on the local business, what is the impact on the tourism ?  Negative , Relevant authorities can be clear on their standing as person who pays money for this raids will not be quite.

Need to open all out to have a positive impact which is all win win situation.

I would suggest that the bar was taking the mickey. Rules are rules no matter if they're good or bad.

Sadly This was not in a blue area, an area designated for tourists.. they still have an alcohol ban there
