This is a very important case. Should Joe Ferrari get away  with a slap on the wrist, then this would truly leave an already damage reputation further in tatters.

The long time this is taking wouldn't have anything to do with giving “Joe Ferrari” time to raise cash to help the case go away or to be found innocent would it?

I think Thai justice system is internationally regarded as a joke already.  Hopefully this case is a token change as it already has international coverage and if he walks, international news will run hot with the story and totally  destroy Thai credibilty regarding law and order.

Two more weeks ?

I suppose his superiors need more time to liquidate and transfer their illegal wealth.

This  case should have been wrapped up and in the bag already.

Therein lies the problem, his associates & superiors would be uncovered. It will go to the top arguably.

I see this as the driver of a lenient sentence or cover-up
