My brother wants to visit me in Thailand.

He was vaccinated in The Netherlands and have this normal yellow book.

When being asked inside Thailand, for example while traveling between Provinces or while checking in at Hotels and so on, he can show this yellow book?

Or he somehow needs to convert the yellow book to a Thai vaccine passport?
