Bangkok governor Aswin Kwanmuang is refusing to budge on the law that bans restaurant alcohol sales after 9pm, at least for now. He was responding to a call from Thanakorn Kuptajit of the Thai Alcohol Beverage Business Association, who has called for sales to be extended to 11pm. Sounds very prudent.  I do drink and like to socialize! 

Going from no alcohol to 9pm last call seems like a dream to me.  Just start earlier ...

Other provinces don't even have this luxury yet.

No alcohol past 9pm. Don’t you just hate this covid. It must work the night shift. Only starts to affect people after 9pm
