The caveat here, is the conditions in each state and territory and it's largely to do with the vaccination rates in each state. Victoria, New South Wales and the Australian Capital Territory have either exceeded or are nudging 80% double dose (mainly due to larger outbreaks of Delta, which sent everyone rushing to get vaccinated). So arriving in those states is easier (comparatively). Meanwhile, Queensland, South Australia, the Northern Teriitory, Tasmania and Western Australia are lagging behind. Queensland, for example is a little over 60% double dosed. Don't expect to get into WA without 2 weeks quarantine. In fact, a person from Sydney will be able to travel to Bali, long before they can travel to Perth.

sinovac is not recognised internationally in europe and usa as being fully vaccined, you would still have to quarintine in those countries for a length of time

We had Sinopharm Vaccines in Cambodia said to have a better efficacy rate at 79%
But no mention of this Vaccine on the Australian list?
