palooka Posted October 28, 2021 #92347 Share Posted October 28, 2021 Increase in numbers for the past two days, is this the next wave? Interesting that every daily report mentions the prisons, blame the bad guys. (Suppose a letup of blaming Farung should be appreciated.) 1 Link to comment https://talk.thethaiger.com/topic/7297-news-forum-thursday-covid-update-9658-new-cases-and-84-deaths/#findComment-92347 Share on other sites

It's pretty hard to belive the numbers.. the death rates have been dropping which is a good thing as long as they are accurate. the pcr testing is the only recorded numbers as was posted on the thaiger about doctors complaint '10k daily positive atk tests were not recorded'.. So difficult to say if another wave without total numbers of combined tests.. some people here have atk's just to see if they are positive then just isolate themselves rather than informing the local authorities.. 2 Link to comment https://talk.thethaiger.com/topic/7297-news-forum-thursday-covid-update-9658-new-cases-and-84-deaths/#findComment-92359 Share on other sites

I notices in past few weeks that people relaxed all covid control measures, there are many crowds, people not wearing masks and so on... increase in numbers should be expected. As soon as government announced Nov 1st opening, we became "opened" instantly. It's a good warm-up before real opening or whatever it's called now 2 Link to comment https://talk.thethaiger.com/topic/7297-news-forum-thursday-covid-update-9658-new-cases-and-84-deaths/#findComment-92406 Share on other sites
Bob20 Posted October 28, 2021 #92412 Share Posted October 28, 2021 When deaths reduce 2 or 3% it's widely reported as a decrease, yet when the numbers go from 57 to 84 (47%) there's hardly any comment... Perhaps the government could explain whether it's expected and acceptable? How many excess deaths do they think they can justify from the money they hope to get, before properly protecting their people? 2 Link to comment https://talk.thethaiger.com/topic/7297-news-forum-thursday-covid-update-9658-new-cases-and-84-deaths/#findComment-92412 Share on other sites
