Travel Bubbles are so "last year". I think the reality is that as long as you have been vaccinated with a recognised vaccine (recognised by the country you are travelling to) and a negative PCR Test taken 72 hours prior to departure that can be evidenced along with the vaccination, what does it matter which country you come from..... So lists of "accepted countries", "Travel bubbles" are no longer relevant. Countries experiencing tourist growth have realised this already. Thailand also has to look at it's own vaccination rates. We're in the interesting situation where the tourists are definately vaccinated...but the Thai Population isn't.

Thailand, if it hopes to capture the tourist market, needs to offer safe tourist destinations. Starting with popular tourist destinations is the starting point, while all the while vaccinating th general population outside these areas.
