The Health Ministry says the discovery of the new Delta Plus variant in Thailand will not affect the country’s November 1 re-opening. True, but English, French, German and Dutch are much easier for the virus to learn than Thai.

That virus is clever but knows its limits. I hope it will update on the extra curfew hour as well
