Yes, long time ago. Most grounds are not like that now. The kids don’t waste their time on making £5 to “look after your car Mr”. They can make far more being runners for drug dealers

One (out of town) police officer did try to control the mob there once years ago.he had to discharge his fire arm into the air to back them off.

He was transferred to another province.

Only in Phuket,the whole situation is close to unbelievabe even by thai standards
