A luxury resort hosting an alleged gambling den was raided by Chon Buri police with 30 suspected gamblers taken into custody. Chon Buri police raided the resort in Takean Tia sub-district of Bang Lamung yesterday afternoon. Police reported confiscating various gambling paraphernalia and cash in the raid. The raid stretched for over 5 hours with the police arriving around 3 pm and not finishing their investigation and arrests until 8:30 pm according to witnesses on-site at the time. Draconian laws of Thailand will never change. Surely there is better things the RTP could be doing. There is no shortage of corruption that needs looking into, ohh sorry they can't really investigate themselves or can they?....🤣

Thailand has some of the most strict laws regarding gambling, which is completely outlawed in the country. !!!

And yet the army owns the 2 race courses in Bangkok and Chang Mai where you can bet !!! TIT

The race courses may well have been bought from bribe money when gambling dens were busted. Like the Carlton avatar. I reckon you fellas may make the final 8 next year.

At least 90% of race course attendees go there to bet on which horse will. Do you mean to tell me there are no bookies at a race track?
