Nobody believes what any government official says anymore.  With all the flip flopping they have done, I am surprised they even announce this.  When it gets closer to the date, once again they will come up with another reason to not open up until Dec or Jan..  Just look at their track record.  Doesn't matter anyway, people are not going to come here.
