No more swab test after 16 October

Good afternoon.

i just hear about after 16 October, if want to drive to Phuket, will not be necessary for nose swab test IF double vax already. 
 

Sorry I not know about rule if not double vax. Not sure about fly in rule.
 

Good for me. Bored with that test. 
 

Sorry if somebody already post that information already. I not read TT much lately.
