I know headlines need to be punchy, and that’s why you didn’t add ….. And not having previously paid the RTP to do so

The maddest thing is although bars (cough cough) I mean restaurants can sell alcohol now, it still has to be in a paper cup or coffee mug ! how on earth did these police (Keystone Cops) find out he was serving alcohol after 10pm when they didn't know for the previous month when it was illegal!

Guess because either they didn't get there back hander or else they attempted to extort even more money and the owner wouldn't pay up.

Go to UK, US, Australia or New Zealand and see what happens when the police catch you violating the liquor licensing act. Guarantee the fine is far, far greater than this instance.

The cynical barflys on this forum will find a reason to criticize anything that deprives them of their beloved ethanol-based beverages.

When in reality, replacing grog with a lemon and ginger tea, for example, would probably do wonders for their brewers droop

I believe the time is ripe for a real and greater collected revolution - at least a grand and unified General Strike.

Sorry! This is on me. I was headed to an orgy that some Hi-So folks invited me to. I needed to wash down a knock off cialis that I bought from a street vendor and asked for a sip of Singha.

When there is demand, there is supply. I believe the consumers are equally as guilty as the business owner. Both parties really need to play their part, it takes two hands to clap. Governance purely on one party can be pressuring 😀

This headline should read 'ANOTHER MAJOR CRIME STOPPED IN THAILAND"  and include pictures of the officers with confiscated beer bottles and with the bar owner seated with his face obscured.

How ludicrous that this is even "news"
