Probably walk, they only told someone to change the speed record, didn't actually do it themselves, poor bugga that did change the record after being told/ordered to, will cop it.

I wonder if there is a statue of limitations in Thailand? Many countries have a double jeopardy rule (ie you can't be tried twice for the same crime). But this is a case of hit and run, manslaughter charges (or murder) don't go away and can be tried at any time in the future, as long as there is a strong case that results in committal for trial.

But a RedBullBoy statue on Thong Lor Square would be a perfect symbol of Thailand's "limits" to go after the untouchable hisos. Why not a Golden boy with the lawbook in one hand and cash in the other!

The RTP knew all of this for years . Even the initial accident/ incident reports submitted revealed the speed,drug test, and physical damage results at the scene of the crime. I say crime because obviously it's a "hit and run,DUI, and reckless driving " situation based upon current law's and previous charges filed ! However.... Not engaging Interpol or any foreign assistance to extradite "boss " is obvious . The reason for this is apparently clear.... RED BULL family/ enterprise is taking advantage of the corrupt RTP authorities and government with a pay off to stall extradition and prosecution of their son ! The ex Police chief, lawyer are just  part of a scheme to cover up and alter certain facts that would incriminate " boss" in court !

That must have been a misunderstanding. He's definitely an honest soul. He must be! After all, he also paid back the unsecured loan of 300 million baht to the Victoria Secret Massage parlour. At least he claims so. By incidence, he did not declare his wealth and this loan as required by law. But that was probably just another misunderstanding. As Police chief, the law is not that important, you must be a good guy, otherwise you wouldn't become police chief. Btw, his (un)usual wealth he didn't acquired as a police chief. That was just his side job, he actually was a businessman, stock trader and (allegedly) a very successful storyteller.

can't believe this case is still going on with drama. Cases you only see in a korean soap opera. How good is that. Waste of taxpayers money
