So loosely interpreted this now means, once passed into law, that instead of  a tin-pot general running the country for his own benefit on the pretext of covid prevention,  under the new proposed legislation there will be a plethora of tin pot government officials/committees all vying for the earliest opportunity to progress their own private agendas.

Probably not, as the  "tin pot general" has already appointed himself in charge of the "tin pot government officials / committees", so the agenda will be unchanged.

Just as I called it when first was going to be written. Nothing changes and they will still have their old archaic laws to fall back on if needed a harder punch. With the Golden Covid rules in place, they now position themselves away from looking like the bad mean tyrannical ogre punishing the protesters to anything and everything they want to attach to. All they need to do now is mandate another bylaw health initiative that everyone has to jab Sinovac and Astrazeneca or if do not will be penalized breaking the law.
