If the Thai government approached Astra Zeneca for license to produce AZ in Thailand, you might have a better chance. None of the others will grant license.

how many doses of vaccine will have arrived in Thailand by October 31? 60 million are needed to cover 50% of the population.

the Delta has an R0 of 7 so it takes 1- (1 / R0) or 86% of vaccinated for the clusters to vanish naturally.

Sinovac must not be bad, it does not produce enough antibodies for Delta. is it under dosed? Has anyone tried doubling the volume of the first and second injections?
