Hospital bed occupancy is just below 89% now, though Phuket Governor Narong Woonciew has insisted there is no shortage of beds. LIARS!!!

My brother in law confirmed positive yesterday and they said they have no beds they are at 99%. He has a cough ans a fever Not sure what category that falls under But does that not warrant some kind of care??

They Charged him 770 baht for the test(ihave receipt) him home knowing he lives in a household with five or six other people that didn’t have it and they couldn’t care less we have had to move the whole family out of the house and into another place and have all them tested as well at a cost of 300 baht each

Thaiger do some proper investigative reporting and look into this further

Thaiger do no investigation. They report the numbers they are given. Like every other newsoutlet here.

If he's lucky he can join the 1,142 in Covid Care Centres, although officially they're untested, or the 170 who make up the "several demographics" that are tested but not counted.

It's all become a bit of a shambles on anthrax island.

The Thaiger is just a news summation site. It doesn't do much else so unfortunately your plea might fall on deaf ears.

Unless it makes the news, then they might report it, and hear it.

Yes, plenty of spare beds in all those available Hospitels that have yet to be opened, as lots of empty hotels. Just need some staff maybe

Sad state of affairs, but hopefully no one else got it from contact with him, and hopefully he doesn’t get drastically ill.
