I tried to listen to this, but it was difficult to do so. I cannot understand them, especially the guy on the viewer's left. I am not trying to be difficult, but maybe subtitles would help.

 I've gotta say...this is what I would call in my country "A crack up" (read hilarious). Jay..trying to be oh so diplomatic and Mike (co-founder of the Thaiger), being a cockney who still can't pronounce Phuket properly..... It's Poo-ket Mike...Not Pew-ket! I know you still think "Britannia rules the waves", but that was last century! Learn the lingo! (Read language). Even I can pronounce Phuket properly and I don't live there!!! Even though I have visited there many times...
