I can only see it because you quoted him, but he sounds like he didn't take a vaccine at all and delta is getting to him...

I am looking forward to the day in Thailand when a requirement to get/renew the annual visa which most expats need is to have two vaccine or leave.

I agree and predict it will be sooner rather than later and will replace the compulsory Covid insurance.
