IMO 40/50 km/h is the right speed in Thailand on most roads most of the time, 60/70 max on 3-lane roads, if they are not too busy and you can use the middle lane (and therefore anticipate any obstacles coming from the left or right). -

I've had 3 accidents on MB, not big bikes 1st one I was just inexperienced The last two I was driving like an assh*le and way too fast The last one, about 6 years ago I really was driving like an idiot and I probably should have gotten seriously hurt I didn't luckily Now, slow and steady and no need to go fast -

Indeed, if it is proved that regular transfers were made to the grandparents to contribute to the kids' upbringing, then it can be legitimately argued that the parents were involved in raising and supporting them. But if they just dumped them with the grandparents and then just went on with their lives as if they had no children (and there are many who do that), then of course they should not receive the money.
