Probably an expensive way of paying for given the exchange rates that will come in to  play even if you debit card is accepted.  My suggestion would be to use someone like Wise which many of us on here do, and then send to your Thai bank, much better exchange rates. If your Thai bank happens to be Kbank you will normaly receive it in seconds so hence can then send to car dealer from that. If not ,still using Wise and you do not have a Thai bank account, then the car dealership will no doubt have several to which you can send funds to directly using Wise from the US.
