Pad Thai a la Vince.

Made from Nang Fah Pad Thai sauce, Shark Brand Sriracha added. "Coriander" added for color.

Disgusting stuff.

Bangers 'n' mash are great in this cold weather, but getting decent Sausages here & not being ripped off for postage, is ...'ow you french say?

Difficile....

Too early.

Talking of dishes, my plates were freezing last night.

Well feel free to post us a pic of your toad in a hole or spotted dick after you warm up your plates. :-)

Just made 3 Batards and 4 Baguettes, I used 500 grams for the Batards and 500 grams for the Baguettes, so that is 1 kg of flour, cost 38 baht to make this lot, a little yeast, salt and oil also used.

Stir-fried beans, baby corn, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes in oyster sauce. Chili paste, garlic, shallots, fish sauce for taste. Corn starch to thicken. Nice, easy and healthy dinner. Yum!

Boiled mackerel with tomato paste, fresh tomatoes, garlic, shallots, spring onion, ginger, red pepper, green chilis. Can balance tomatoes vs green chili if you prefer sour or spicy. I like the spicy one because I’m a spicy girl 🤣🤣🤣

"Tom Yum Heinz baked beans on toast."

1/2 of 480ml serving of Tom Yum paste into roughly 240ml of Heinz baked beans. Heat & stir.

Shark Brand Sriracha added for heat. Lime for color.

Place on toast of choice.

Nutritional yeast for yeasty goodness.
