News Forum - Iranian president, foreign minister killed in tragic helicopter crash
he was a brutal murderer, good riddance, I note the US ambassador to the UN did stand up for a minute of silence at the UNGA I do hope Israel has nothing to do with it, because that would be another can of worms we don't need to open at this stage -

News Forum - Iranian president, foreign minister killed in tragic helicopter crash
The double standards and hypocrisy of the usual group are on display. Ebrahim Raisi's legacy is one of death, torture, brutality and pain. This is the man who is responsible for the brutal executions of thousands of Iranians as his Islamic committee condemned dissidents to death. A dissident was anyone who disagreed with the regime. Women, teenagers, farmers, educators, lawyers and journalists. No one was safe. The families of the executed were denied the returned of the bodies to prevent autopsies and denied an opportunity to bury loved ones. Women saw their human rights further eroded as strict dress codes were imposed and requirements for family male permission required for some activities. The very people praising the man would not be allowed any freedom of speech in Iran and do so now from the protection of nations that do not share the Iranian Shiite extremism. 16 million are displaced and 600,000+ dead in Syria because of Iranian support for Assad. 1 million+ are displaced and 400,000+ dead in Yemen because of the Iranian induced civil war and Houthi attack on the legitimate government. Under his administration, Iran prioritized funding the Shiite Corps Quds Force, over social spending and spent billions of Euro supporting proxy militias and terrorists in Iraq, Lebanon, Yemen, North Africa and Gaza. This is money that Iranians desperately needed. The Raisi regime prioritized Shiite religious goals, war, terror and destruction over peace and social development. Iran could find no money to help muslim refugees from Syria or muslim uyghur's in China, but it could find the money to harass and attack Iranian dissident refugees in the UK and Canada. 176 people were killed when Iran shot down a Ukrainian civilian aircraft. The Raisi regime refused to cooperate with the designated organizations to investigate. Hundreds if not thousands of innocents perished in Iran under mysterious circumstances. For example, Zahra Kazemi a 51 year old journalist died "of a brain haemorrhage resulting from beatings", which the Iranian government finally admitted occurred while the woman was in custody. And yet the praise in this form is effusive. The man is no hero.
