It's obiescence time.  Prayut bows at the feet of his masters in delivering Thailand to China, through their "assistance" in public health, transportation and economic recovery.  China knows nothing about sustainability, except how to sustain powerful in the presence of weak, minor leaders of its vassal countries, like Thailand.

I thought that title was already taken by the Buddhists here. However with the PM's 10 year plan perhaps the mumbo jumbo is just code for the methods of depositing funds into ministers overseas bank accounts, which for them surely is the best 10 year plan.
