The Sizzler lunch specials are very good value . 

The 250 Baht lunch (available to 5 PM) comes with a free salad buffet and spaghetti and instead of describing the food , I will post some photos

I always think it's good value, I think also think Thai's it's good value as it's the busiest place in Central whenever we go

The salad is the only reason to go there.........................I wouldn't touch the meat with a bargepole.

Usually, but not always.

 

Not because I am tight but because the salads are very good and exceptional value.

 

I buy expensive drinks rather than ask for tap water..

Raw tomatoes and onions and beetroot , slightly boiled broccoli and corn  , grilled chicken , boiled eggs ,  lots of other beans , cous cous , lettuce and nuts and other green things .

  That is quite a healthy meal

Its not just about me and what I eat . 

When it comes to healthy food , salad is quite high on the list .

More healthier than most Thai food , which is often fried, contains sugar /oil or has had all its nutrients cooked out of it

That was a blow today we were looking forward to raiding the salad bar today at Sizzlers, Closed for a few days must have had covid in the joint
