He has mentioned the country’s infection rate of 1.8% and 0.96% fatality rate, saying this compares well with the global infection rate of 2.8% and mortality rate of 2.1%. I have no doubt that the PM's next statement will be along the lines of .........  "Unfortunately too many Thais have died due to covid 19, but when I asked them how they thought I had acted, not one complained"

It's not only Uncle Tu at fault, the whole government is a shambles with people in positions that they have absolutely no idea how to run. When are the Thai people going to be able to say, enough is enough  ?

Well they have tried in the past on numerous occasion with other governments but I guess the thought of being shot in the back, or perhaps like that nurse was , murdered by being shot in the head whilst aiding victims in the Wat, as what happened when the PM was Commander-in- Chief in 2010  is a pretty large deterrent.  But one thing is still abundantly clear, the PM and his supporters still thing they can do no wrong however abhorrent it may be to normal people.

2025.

Will they though. Expats have no say in the matter.

The only way you defend the indefensible, is if you are living a life of total denial, living in an Ivory Tower, and are so overly rich, and overly entitled, you are unaware of the suffering the nation is enduring at this time. Or, you are fully aware, and do not care one iota.

Prayuth is a very sad example of how low a man can stoop, for the sake of money, power and corruption.
