Police investigating the now-infamous case of the man who died in police custody in Nakhon Sawan, a northern Thai province, have searched a condominium room used by former police station chief, Thitisan Utthanaphon, and a subordinate’s apartment, today. The search was conducted by local police and investigators from the Crime Suppression Division. To bring back women and use the drugs he seizes?

when Police find powder in any other drug bust it’s identified immediately & suspects go on parade for media shots?

Why is this powder not identified?

cover up after coverup for this man?

WHO PUTS 6 plastic bags over someone’s head and tightens them so you cannot hear them?

This is flat out murder?

There are no excuses?

Like I said in earlier post, this guy is far from cool, he's more or less a freaking creepy dude! Probebly doing exactly what he should not do!

He just does, or did, what all the others have done ever since the creation of the state sponsored RTP. No different, just seems he perhaps pissed off one of his minions, perhaps not giving him a fair share of his illegal activities so hence he was shopped.

This seriously needs to go all the way through the courts and the book thrown at them..long jail terms.. its what Thailand needs right now..Maybe a few police will get nervous of any corrupt actions. but sadly it will only be short term and then the greed for assets will start showing again!

Yesterday I made a comment about the pic in Thaiger with him and his skinny arms and body that look like from a drug adicts. This explains it now.

I know that corruption is rife amongst many S E Asian countries and as Westerners we just have to accept a lot of it. But some of these blokes are taking it to extremes and good on the junior officer for dobbing in, but I really worry for his future
