Domestic travel requirement for Phuket

Hi - What do I need now to go to Phuket next week (now that flights are back on)? Have been double vaxed.

Proof of residence in Phuket.

Tested <72hrs before arrival.

Double vaxed > 14 days since vaccination.

Or proof of a flight out, with the test and vax requirements @shanghailozmentions, if you're a returning sandboxer.

I came back to Phuket again now from Bangkok last night.

The "border" police at the bridge gave a cursory look at the paperwork (proof of vaccination, test), and let us through.  They didn't check the paperwork.  Basically handed it to them, they handed it back after glancing at the first page, and waved us through.

So it is Oct 1st, what are the requirements to fly to Phuket on a non-stop flight from Chiang Mai?  Double Pfizer vaxxed.

Per TAT:

"From 1 October, 2021, all domestic arrivals will be allowed entry into Phuket under the conditions that they must:

– Have received 2 doses of the Sinovac, Sinopharm, or Sputnik V COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before arrival,

OR

– Have received the Sinovac COVID-19 vaccine as the first dose and AstraZeneca as the second dose at least 14 days before arrival,

OR

– Have received 1 dose of the AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Moderna, or Johnson & Johnson vaccine at least 14 days before arrival,

OR

– Have recovered from COVID-19 for less than 90 days,

AND

– Have received a negative test by an RT-PCR or Rapid Antigen test no more than 7 days from the test date."

I also heard a rumor that you were required to bring at least 162 friends so that TAT can make their entry numbers.
