Some Pattaya bars have 60 baht beers (at least they did back in my day), that's 8 beers for 500 baht. Maybe he can't handle booze, or maybe he had already been drinking before going to this bar.

Should have tasered him removed him to Soi 9 and stuck him in the same holding cell as the Thai Kids that worked the German over on the Coconut Bar the night before and told them go to town on him.
