Charge the woman with manslaughter - jail for 10-15 years. Not only did she kill the kids, she removed the sim card from the camera. She thinks an apology and paying for funeral/s and a small amount of compensation will fix things. That attitude must stop. There is only one way to make Thais realise the gravity of driving - and that is public punishment and being made an example. Until they realise they will go to jail for reckless driving, there is no deterrent - IMO use this woman as an example. -
