The solution would seem to be drive to the conditions, if you can only see 5 meters then surely anyone with half a brain drives correspondingly slower! It is the same in heavy fog, people blame the fog rather than the fact they were driving too fast for the conditions! -

Talking about street lights, in Thailand street lights are only installed within city limits. Where as outskirts are either poorly lit or no lights at all. Hence it is important that those travelling at night have to ensure that their vehicles are properly equipped with the necessary bright lights so that the path is visible clearly at least 20 to 30 meters in front. The sad part is most of these smaller CC motorcycles are only eqipped with lights which can shine the beam around 5 meter or less which is a very dangerous situation especially during night riding -
