Good, can those 20 bikes be crashed and crumbled into scrap metal as a lesson to others? If cannot, then forget it. All it takes only pay few hounder bahts for those bikes to be on the road the next day night. Hope this action does not end up like the shepherd just shaking the herd of sheeps at night for more droppings on for  the field.
