It is ok...Just don't report or complain as any complain against foreigners will tarnish the image of Pattaya.....that is what the officials are advising the locals.

Shame it wasn't the foreigner without the crash helmet that ended up on the road, could have been one less *sshole to worry about. Even money the foreigner doesn't even have a motorcycle licence! Worth the police investigating this one there is potentially big money to me made.

"Surasak explained that he was riding his motorcycle in the middle lane of the road, while the foreign motorcyclist and his passenger were approaching in the right lane.

The foreign motorcyclist rode too close to Surasak and collided with him, causing Surasak to lose balance and control of his vehicle. He crashed onto the road in front of a pickup truck."

Okay so he can't drive. There are too many moronic farangs in Thailand at the moment, the political endeavour to flood the country with foreigners is a bad one.
